They did tint for my car more nice than that what I expected .

My son got his first car and asked for a new stereo for Christmas.  I paid $1800 cash for stereo, subwoofer, speakers and tint and a customized dashboard because stereo was smaller than the original one. 
1.  Radio didn't work. Mark was going to order an antenna but never did. Nor did he call me. 
2.  Tint job,  I can see the cut out on the window. 
3.  Customize???  Ummm there are holes where the original dials were. He said he'd order a piece but I haven't heard from him and it's been 3 weeks. 
4.  Wires behind the drivers seat were showing, had to have those hidden. 

I brought the car to another shop. Come to find out, the adapter wasn't connected,  that's why radio didn't work. And the shop is working on customizing the dash so there are no holes too. 

I'm a single mom of a teenage son.  I trusted Mark would do a great job and he seemed really nice.  Disappointed that he took my money,  half upfront because he had to buy the parts. And never followed up about the rest of the work. Now I'm out more $ bringing it to another shop that will fix it. Totally bummed. $1800 is a lot of money for a half ass job but he kept saying he'll order the piece for the dashboard and fix the radio. 

I support Alameda small business and happy to pay extra,  my parents were small business owners,  I understand how hard it is to compete. But customer service is the key!

Excellent work. Friendly owner. Window tinting looks factory and lasts.  I've had three different cars worked on by Mark, and have been very happy every time.

Hooked me up with tint on my Nissan sentra. 
Was recommended by Mike D over at Tire Pros in Alameda formally BIG O Tires.  Came out great. The prices are amazing and I love the lifetime warranty. 
Did all my windows for the low low.  Will recommend to my friends.
