Very poor service with not enough staff to handle customers even in this very small store. Wait times seem to approach a half hour or more on average. About the only thing that can be said of it is that the Nob Hill grocery store and many small eateries are convenient... I personally like the Hawaiian BBQ place. Oh! There's a pet store nearby as well.

Yes you will probably have to wait in a line, but the service reps are pretty good. I would recommend going to a larger store if you aren't okay with waiting in line. This store wouldn't be my first choice

Alameda needs a full service AT&T U-verse Store with a direct payment kiosk or 2. Why not AT&T assimilate this puny "parrot" store, take it over to the new Alameda Landing Shopping Ctr. with plenty of new larger space to lease for a bigger store? Better parking there too.
