Unfortunately we had a very bad experience.  Our 17 year old daughter had 4 wisdom teeth taken out.  The Dr started her out on Norco and that wasn’t enough.  He then prescribed something much more powerful that caused our daughter to lose control of herself.  We called the dr and he called back...he knew we were having an awful time and then he NEVER checked back with us to see how our daughter was doing.  We had to take her to the emergency room twice.  Both drs questioned the pain killers he prescribed.  One of the other drs called the medicine he prescribed synthetic heroin.  I did call and the dr and he apologized but the fact he never checked back with us when he knew we were under severe duress really bothers me.  We have 2 other kids and they never had this problem.

I’ve worked with Dr. Chun for a year now, and am very happy with the results. Staff is friendly and kind, and he is a perfectionist, very talented, and does a great job making implants turn out natural and aesthetically pleasing. His team has put forth a lot of effort to making the business better, and I am very happy with my results.

Too bad you can't give people negative stars. No issues with Dr. Chun's medical knowledge, but after a recent visit we find out they lied to us about our insurance. We find out a day before they procedure, and cancel because the fees are much higher than they should be. So now after they lie to us they want to charge a $200 cancellation fee!

Not sure how people this deceptive can stay in business. If you are referred to Dr. Chun just make sure you ask a lot of questions about exactly how you will be billed and which insurance he takes. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, I would recommend you do. Not worth the time, stress and effort to make sure you're not getting hosed.
