First time on this because this dental office is  horrible. Unprofessional staff!!  Do yourself a favor and google a different dentist. I Schedule two separate appointments two different times. Both times the office was closed.

She couldn't find a cavity, so said I needed a "deep cleaning" for $1600.00 - and that after I did that she said I could use my Groupon for a cleaning. I found another dentist to do my deep cleaning for $400.00. When I asked Dr. Chinta's office to send my x-rays and records they took way too long and my new dentist had to take another set of X-rays. Don't waste your time or money. I plan to complain to Groupon and get my money back!

Dr. Sudha S. Chinta is very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Her staff works on commission and they stole almost $3,500 from me. I originally went there with a groupon for a simple cleaning and I was conned into paying for 3 root canals which I did not need. They didn't even do the root canals correctly, which was confirmed from another dentist I went to at a later time. During the procedure I was left unattended more then 3 time so that Dr. Sudha S. Chinta can attend another patient, all this was happening during my root canal procedure and while I had a some kind of tool inside my mouth to keep it stay open. Dr. Sudha S. Chinta was more interested in what I did for living then what was going on with my teeth. I kept drooling on myself and there was no one to help me, I couldn't even holler to call for help. From her front desk staff and everyone there does not care about your needs except your money. I was charged a consolidation fee of $250 and I found out about the fee at the end when it was time to pay. When I complaint about why I was not told about the $250 ahead of time, they promised to refund me the $250 but that never happened. Please choose to go at another dentist, you can even check her reviews on google and find out that I am not the only one who feels this way. I am looking to get a full refund and I am seeking legal help and I will not let her get away with this.

Dr. Monika Dahiya is very pleasant and thorough with her treatment. I brought my son in which is 8 yrs old and he was all smiles! My husband followed a couple weeks later. He was very pleased. They were able to do his treatment on the same day of his cleaning. Satisfied, yes!!

This is the last straw with Dr. Chinta.!!!  I paid her $500.oo for a pathology report on tissue in my mouth.  She wanted this done.  Then a month later I got a bill from Univ. of Pacific School Of Dentistry for $206.40.  This was a total SURPRISE to me as I thought I had already paid her.  I went to her office multiple times and she assured me that insurance could not deny a pathology report.  I kept getting billed.  Her office was supposedly working on this.  They said they needed a denial letter.  I got one mailed to her the bills stopped and now I got a letter from a collection agency. CMRE for the bill.  This is after much horrific care.  She pulled a tooth that did not need to be pulled, because she could not find the 4th root canal.  This was after a year of pain.  Root canals on two teeth.  Grinding on teeth.  I was told by her associates that it was all in my head and not to think about it.  I am very angry about this and have been put through a LOT of mental and physical pain because of her work.  I went to another Endodontist  Dr.Hoch.  He found the 4th root canal immediately.  The repair work for this damage has been over $5,000.00.  For something that did not need to be done.  Other damages have pushed that bill to $10,000. total.   Avoid Dr. Chinta AT ALL COSTS!!!!
