they are unprofessional, they don't care about you, they are also racist. 1st they screwed up my wife's plane ticket. (Please keep in mind we were getting married) 2 days before my wife leaves to go away she realize he flight got canceled and didn't have a flight cause the screwed up bThe woman was so rude and did nothing to help until Monday morning the day of the flight. That Sunday my wife called her 10,000 and didn't hear from her. She kept hanging up on is saying she had to go to a party and was soooo rude. So in a state of emergency she had to book another ticket. You would think it was fine but no this miserable woman was out for blood. So 2 days before I left she wanted my wife while she was away to sign a credit card autorozation form. And if my wife didn't sign it she was gonna cancel my ticket for my wedding. What human makes a wife sign an authorization for that she paid for her husband ticket. Do not use these low life's. I will spend then next year putting them out of business. And keep in mind my wife's family has been using them for years. Not anymore. They don't care about you. Just book your ticket online. You will actually save money. They are racist!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional and lack of training . Its to of a long story to explain but i purchased 7k tickets frim them and they made our trip to albania a living hell because they never put us in the system and caused a glitch in the system. Then in italy i had to repurchase the tickets. Some how me and my family got back and now their under investigation from my bank. Im really suprised theirs positive reviews dont do business with these ppl or you will learn the hard way.

I needed 2 tickets to Albania for the next day for a family emergency and Albanian Travel were the only ones that found available flights and the price was reasonable.
