I would give them 0 stars but I can't. Place is disgusting and the guy is like a machine that only knows curtain answers SMFH avoid if u can and there prices went up because they have to pay there tickets off from illegally parking.

Great when you really need to travel from Chinatown. No time restriction. Bus is sketchy and dirty. Sometimes you’ll get on a good bus but usually a bad one is waiting for you. Skipping line while waiting to get to the bus is expected.

It is a good bus to use if you do not want to spend much. However, it has a poor maintenance and bad hygiene for its customers.

Horrible incident with one particular bus driver on a ride from Philly to NYC. The driver--Luis--Yelled at me and three other passengers when we wanted to get off at an authorized stop. I apologized to him and tried to get my luggage and leave, only for Luis to almost hit me in the back of the head when he forced the bus' luggage compartment door (the one on the outside of the bus) and rudely yell at us to get back in the bus.

Upon reaching the final stop, I went to Focus Travel Agency's office across the street and reported Luis to the men at the front desk. These men were understanding as I never had a problem with this bus company before--service from NYC to Philly two days prior was excellent. That said, no passenger should have to worry about being put in harm's way from a driver's misconduct. 

I hope that the driver, Luis, is disciplined appropriately  such that I can feel confident riding with Focus Travel Agency again. Right now, I cannot recommend riding with this company so long as bad driver's like Luis are allowed to operate buses anywhere.
