First off, I will highly "commend" Albaugh & Sons on their craftsmanship and courtesy of their crew. They are skilled and experienced in this trade, and they did an excellent job constructing my fence and communicating their progress throughout the process. However, when an issue arose from my HOA regarding the need to replace a simple wire mesh fence from an adjacent reforestation area next to my property-- a fence that Albaugh had to take down in order to maneuver to put up our new fence -- they would not do so without soliciting additional cost from me. This is unacceptable, and solidified the two star rating. The old adage "the customer is always right" did not seem to apply or register when advocating that the fence should go back prior to the project completion. Instead I was told the contract did not specify the task of re-installing the reforestation fence, even though the installation of my fence could not be completed without its removal occurring. It is unfortunate that the company decided to take that stance, as I was so impressed with the service that I was inclined to procure Albaugh again for a deck extension and possible painting services, and also refer them to additional customers, however the customer service I received in the end simply showed that overall customer satisfaction is not a priority. So again to summarize-- a good and talented crew, however undesirable customer service for me and my money. I can't in good conscious "recommend" without noting that customer service and overall customer satisfaction needs to be a core tenant in their business model and objectives. Would be a 4-5 star rating otherwise.

Albaugh & Sons are who you need to call when you want a deck,or home remodeling. They are professional and courteous. They were very accommodating during construction when my wife and I wanted add on's. Their workmanship is second to none. If you are contemplating putting on a deck, or a remodeling project, you must call them for an estimate, you will not be disappointed.

Locally owned and operated business. There was a little wait for the fence to go up, but they came in and within a day, they had my fence up and ready. I had previously called around for pricing, and everywhere else in the area for the same fence was about $1K more. I love being able to support locally owned businesses and especially when they're as polite and courteous as they are. Definitely a first call for any future needs.

A true family owned company! From start to finish Nick Sr., his son and the crew have been a pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job building our deck, it has exceeded our expectations. They did a neighbors fence and it was excellent as well. I highly recommend this company!

Albaugh & Sons are professional, quick, and reasonably priced. My wife and my dog love our new fence, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence.
