I own a home improvement company in Montgomery County Maryland and I met the owner "Bud" about 10 years ago at BNI. Since then, I have referred a couple Hundred people to his company that needed handyman services in Frederick County Maryland. Every client that I have referred to him has told me that they did a great job and their prices were very reasonable.

Contractors Beware I've been after (Bud) aka Unique Enterprises Inc to pay for a HVAC install job that received its final inspection 6 months ago. To date he still owes 1/3 + interest. I have talked to other contractors that have had the same problem so I'm not the only one hes done this to. Guess its time for a trip to the court house Kaufman's Heating & Air

I have worked with Unique Enterprises since 1999 on various projects around my home. With every job, I have felt as if I were their only customer. From the first phone call to the final touches they have always been extremely prompt, courteous and deliver what they promise. Once or twice during a remodeling project they ran into an unknown hiccup but they handled it like pros. They made sure I was well informed and any and all changes, including the minor details were approved by me prior to going forward. I swear by Unique Enterprises and will continue to use them for all my home improvement needs.
