I worked for bake tech pros as a 24 year journeyman Manager level Bakery/Deli restaurant equipment Service Mechanic, I even brought over clients/accounts of my own to the company. I managed the service for their Safeway/Albertsons contract outside of Phoenix, and other food store chains; Safeway/Alberson's received priority service, and I established an excellent customer service rapport with Safeway's regional manager Naomi Viota . Bake Tech owners began to miss managed their multi million dollar contract with Safeway/Albertsons, and wasn't paying their mechanics Gas Cards, or their Parts Credit Cards, and then finally not paying their payroll. We (Mechanics) were all paying for the gas and parts to repair equipment since October 2017. It got so bad to the point that the mechanics decided to stop paying for parts, which delayed the completion repair of service calls. Bake Tech had to get loans to pay off pay roll that they owed to us, and Safeway/Albertsons was kept in the dark as to why they weren't receiving speedy on-time professional service. Well Safeway/Albertson's Corporate managers, this is why! The truth is out, and several of us mechanics are now laid off. Bake Tech is owned by a Transgender freak (Robin Tuttle) and has openly shared her/his freakish sex scandals to us mechanics, about how she can buy anything sexually in the Philippines, which was very inappropriate to share with us, disgusting, and honestly not relevant to our jobs at all. To all you Service Mechanics and Service Technicians in Arizona from Tucson, to Phoenix to Northern Arizona, and in Southern California, And in Las Vegas Nevada, Steer clear from Bake Tech Pros and the transgender nut job Robin Tuttle, that owns it. You will be conned, scammed, lied to, and ripped off! Bake Tech Pros doesn't deserve the responsibility to manage a company and employees, because they don't observe American Christian traditions, they don't reward hard working ethic, and the American dream. On every occasion of monthly meetings, Robin Tuttle would threaten and demeanor all of us mechanics like a narcissist out to destroy peoples lives without any remorse. This was cause for concern, and I quickly learned from Safeway corporate management that they despised Bake Tech owner Robin Tuttle and co-owner/service manager Jeff Petersen. Folks, these days of ripping off employees should be over, but this kind of bad Karma with not go unnoticed. Karma will quickly work its way back to Robin Tuttle and Jeff Petersen and Bake Tech Pros. Integrity is on its way back to America, and we will make America great again by sharing the truth and running these non-ethical freaks and frauds out of our country.

Since Alberton's has bought Safeway, the food quality has gone way down hill. They are putting food out in produce that has obviously been in cold storage too long, produce is wilted and yellowed, expired products in the dairy, chicken and meats that are at or near the expiration date. Boxed and bagged food that is expired and has bugs in it, soup cans that are at or near the expiration date, moldy bread on the shelves, the deli is nasty now, and the bakery, well, let's just say you better check for moldy old products. Even the ice cream is all old and crystallized. You suck Albertson's time to find another store that won't poison me with moldy or expired food. If there was five negative stars, you deserve them all. Safeway used to be the best store with everything in pristine shape. And at the 7th Street and Bell Road location, Safeway a few years ago widened all the isles, and now Alberton's is reducing the size of the isles, probably to sell us more outdated moldy food. Albertson's you are like a dented can, your stores are so nasty and overpriced that I see half of the employee's shopping at Fry's, even they can't pay your high prices for gross food. One of the employees told me in his off time and at Fry's grocery, that he "wouldn't feed Albertson's food to his dog," so, I guess that confirms that my complaint isn't completely unfounded. Your customer service sucks too. No more of Albertson's for me!

After having a terrible experience at the safeway on Vistancia and El Mirage I tried contacting customer service, which apparently only consists of 1 individual, and they were not at their desk. It is 2:30 pm on a Monday. Why is customer service not available. Safe to say I wont be spending any more money buying overpriced food at safeway. ill just have to drive 5 miles to frys.

Do not ever use the grocery delivery service! If there was a way to give negative stars I would one is too many! Decided to try the online grocery delivery service as it should have been more convenient. The order process was easy enough and payment went out of my account with no issues. My order was supposed to be delivered June 20 between 6 and 7 pm. At 7:30 I called the help line as there was no delivery made. The representative checked and no issues reported by the store or driver. She then attempted to call the driver to see where he was at, no answer from driver and no voicemail on their phone. The options available wait and see if he shows up or reschedule delivery time! Chose to wait and was instructed to call back in 30 to 40 minutes if the driver did not show up! At 8:30 called a second time and got a different representative who did exactly the same as the first one! Same result! When I questioned what we do now was told he had done all he could! Clearly Safeway will gladly take your money but not follow through with any kind of customer service at all!

Have been trying all week to get a response from Safeway to find out if they will make a donation to our school - had the Tax ID. Proof of Status, etc. etc. Under eScrip we used to be able to show that our supporters spend over $1M a year with Safeway, and that we were a Safeway eScrip Top 100 School 2 years in a row, now, with eScrip cancelled there is no reminder and the over $8,000 we used to receive yearly through Safeway eScrip as our part of the symbiotic relationship is gone. Now, we asked for $150 for the year and were denied. I was told that the store only has $500 to spend on everyone for the REST OF THE YEAR. Which is some kind of BS - especially when you consider that it is money in the store - so $150 "donated" isn't really $150 to Safeway. And even if there is only $500, shouldn't their neighborhood school be a good candidate for some or does all the money have to go to the golf tournament? (I have spent over $150 per week at Safeway for years, as my Safeway card can attest.) This is TERRIBLE Corporate Policy. TERRIBLE P.R. AND the assurance that the last store manager gave us that this kind of thing wouldn't happen, that Safeway would respect the relationships that were abandoned when the eScrip program was stopped apparently was only good as long as that manager was at our store, and she is gone now. She knew who came in...
