Tiffany and staff are great! We own a small business and Sapphire Bookkeeping has been assisting us with our taxes for the last few years. No matter how big or small your taxes or questions are, they take the time to answer everything.

Please do not trust Jonathan with your QuickBooks account, he is not a CPA. It has been a year since he "reconciled" our QuickBooks account and I have still not been able to fix all the errors he created. Instead of matching deposited checks to invoices, Jonathan took shortcuts by force balancing transactions for 2014 & 2015. I have tried to resolve these errors by contacting a CPA and Quickbooks however, they were both unable to offer a simple solution. The only solution would be to undo each and every line item ONE AT A TIME, over 3000 line items or open a new QuickBooks account starting with 2017. With no solution in sight, I even contacted Tiffany last month to see if she could correct or undo what had been done but I never received an email or call back.

I started using Sapphire bookkeeping and accounting last tax season and have been very impressed with their expertise, professional attitudes and availability. I even used them to help me understand quick books better. Every time I have questions or a problem Tiffany or John always returns my calls quickly. The savings from my last experience with another accounting firm has been substantial. So I now get better service for my company’s needs, less accounting fees, timely filing and higher returns.

I work with many accountants and bookkeepers and Sapphire is one of my very favorite to do business with because I always know my clients will be very well taken care of. Sapphire provides the ideal experience you would want from an accounting firm. I love being greeted by Jazmine every time I walk into their office. She is warm, helpful, and a delight to talk to! Jon and Tiffany Powell are very intelligent and are proactive about staying up to date on the newest regulations and tax law changes so they can best serve their clients. They are constantly participating in seminars above what is required, allowing them to be experts in all areas that may affect their clients or their businesses. The entire office is very friendly and easy to talk to, giving my clients a wonderful experience.
