Movie stopped 5 times during first 20 minutes. Was fine after that. But no apologies from management. No attempt to make amends to a really disappointed audience. Great movie but management's lack of response to something that was 150% their fault is completely unacceptable. For an industry that's struggling to stay relevant, Alco Theatres' approach to customer service makes airlines seem like customer service rockstars. You only think you have a monopoly. If Cinemark drops their average ticket price by $2-$3 for 6 months, your business will cease to have a purpose. Learn how to provide customer service or find someone that does.

Usually come here and have a good experience , but tonight I went for a 9:50 movie and by 10:30 went out for a refill of soda and popcorn and they had already cleaned everything up and told me there was no more, really 40 min into my movie and I can’t get a refill ? I wish I was told so I did not by a large to be able to refill. They’re all just standing there waiting for the movie to end so they can leave. I left feeling like I wasted my money

This place reminds me of every movie theater I went to in the mid-80s I expected to have a bit of a mildewy smell but it does not! A little bit cheaper than the megaplexes in the area this is my first time here I think I will come back to the future

This week I saw films at two theaters, the Cinemark and the Alco. Hands down, the Alco Boynton Cinema is now my new favorite. At the Cinemark, the prices are high, the picture is soft focused, and the sound is just mediocre. By contrast, at the Alco the picture is crystal clear, the sound is loud and dynamic, and the concession and ticket prices are far more reasonable. Kudos to Alco. UPDATE (08-31-2017): The Alco remains my favorite little neighborhood cineplex. Low traffic. Easy, nearby nearby parking. Clean little theaters with great image and sound.

Good prices but a lot of old people. Plan on smelling farts and people talking during movie.
