Been banking there for 11 years I recently got married and was in process of switching things over to another account during this time I had setup for my bills to be paid out of the other accounts but wasn't aware that it was going to take another billing cycle to complete. Though I had an overdraft protection the back still charged me $32 per transaction to go through. I have never over drafted before so I was shocked that the back even paid the bill because I was explained if I had that then they would decline it. Which I then could argue that the bank should have drafted the other account not this one. So When i called the bank to explain the situation she explains to me that's just how it is and though I have overdraft protection I also have a privilege pay that I was not aware of. That will go ahead and pay the bill but also charges $32 per transaction. They were not understanding with this situation and even though this had never happened they refused to waive the fee for customer courtesy. Needless to say I've delt with many changes with this bank over the past 10 years including their horrible website I've remained loyal but this was the last straw for me. I recommend checking out Capital One360 they will pay a higher APR and they are focused on providing excellent customer service.
