I have been a member of this organization since it was Blount National Bank for 29 years, and even with all of the buy outs and mergers I've stayed a true customer. Today it saddens me that my experience was less than satisfactory. I was leaving town and had a deposit to make and get a check cashed for travel experiences. I am a Compliance Specialist and do contract EPA work, the girl at the window would not cash the company check as she said she couldn't read the date. I am blessed to have a saving and checking with Regions, with way more money at Regions than the check was for, yet she made the decision without consulting anyone. With the cost of banking what it is, I truly expected to be treated with much more respect. Needless to say I am dissatisfied to say the least. For the first time in many years I will consider a Credit Union, as my plans changed today.

This is the location I use the most.  I have always been treated with courtesy and never had any issues with my accounts.  The drive through is a bit slow.  The ATM takes cash deposits.

Employees are very friendly! I made a mistake and had 2 overdraft fees of a total of 72 bucks and Russell Malach was very understanding and helped me out with my account and also refunded the 72 dollars for me. Great service. Would recommend anyone to bank there!
