Amazing customer service. They provided our room with a pack and play set up before we arrived. The room had so many fine details. Dinner was absolutely delicious. From appetizers to dessert. We had a wonderful trip and will come back again.

We came for the saltwater pool but the pool is falsely advertised as saltwater. Yes, it has salt in it. If you Google "saltwater pool" you will see saltwater pool is a method of pool sanitation, an alternative to traditional chlorine. In a small pool area, saltwater system will prevent the chlorine smell. Alderbrook is a fabulous resort with fabulous service. I love it so much. We will return. Still, please change the pool's sanitation or change the advertising! Lunch and bar menu could be better. Dinner was fabulous. I love this resort!

The rooms are nice. We stayed on the lower level. The hallway had the aroma of cucumber and eucalyptus from the spa down the hall. Just got done with our massages. Great therapists but, the relaxation room left something to be desired. The receptionist seemed a bit out of place but sweet.

Very nice place for a getaway from the city, as this place is VERY remote. I'd wager that the closest business is probably a 20-30 minute drive, so plan ahead with your goods (I'd recommend bringing some beer or a bottle of wine in your car). The lodge layout feels much like a ski lodge, with tall ceilings, warm colors, and wooden beams. Visiting at Christmas felt very appropriate for the season. Check-in and check-out went seamless, no issues whatsoever. The rooms were very cozy and nice. Beds were comfortable, all the amenities you'll need (free wifi, cable, etc), and free coffee. Even the mini-fridge beer and wine weren't horribly priced at ~$35/bottle and ~$5/beer. Pool and hot tub were great, not quite as charming as the main hotel but they were very nice. Lots of plants surrounding you with a view of the water. Thanks!

Very quiet, serene and tranquil place. Loved the nature trails across the street. Could have hiked around for hours if I had the time. Would love to come back in the summer when the weather is warm. I think it would be amazing then.
