I used to work there, got ripped off of my paychecks . Massage is a second there. Massage rooms are small.  No one cleans after themselves . Leaving all the work for a lowly person to do all the clean up. If you need a room for massage. Forget it. Worst massage therapist ever. She won't listin to what you want and then goes off into la la land when she does a msaage and only talks about Janice Joplin as a cover singer. Also the music sucks.

Spa Vita Bella is under new management and it shows. I've been coming here for over a year now for Brazilian waxing and always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff in the past but things have changed. 

In the past, I would get a Brazilian  with Lindsay and it would take about an hour, she would do my lower belly hairs and part of my upper thighs and buttocks all as a part of the Brazilian. Lindsay recently left the company but I thought I would still give them a try with a different esthetician.

 I just got out of my appointment having payed the same amount  as before to just have absolute bare minimum done... I'm talking pretty much just the "crevice" The value just isn't there anymore and it felt rushed and clinical. It was all done in less than half of the normal time. 

If management is reading this, I want you to know that this is not to put down your staff. They were as kind as always, but the thing that made me come back was the peaceful spa ambiance and the value. This feels more like a doctor's office than a spa now. Maybe also think about setting standard expectations or guidelines for how much area of hair is removed for what price to avoid disappointment like this in the future.

My friend gifted me a massage last weekend, and the gal (Emili) was on her phone twice during the massage! I actually sat up, looked at her and asked if everything was okay because she just stopped and was holding my ankle and my wrist. She threw her phone onto the table and said, "oh, you're just really tight right here." In my ankle and wrist?!?!? Right. You were caught on your phone, just admit it. Not relaxing at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
