The security lady! At night I think she needs another job. Such a bad experience! No point in writing because the list won't stop. I just hope they put someone else's in charge. Probably will never deliver here again....

This place is horrible to deliver at. The lady in receiving has a nasty attitude on night shift told her I was out of hours and tired and told me I couldn't park there to take a break never going back there.

Drivers...make sure u have an appointment to deliver ur load........they only received from midnight till 6am....no exceptions

Had a 4 AM delivery. Floor load. Checked in and paid at Midnight (4 h early). At 7:30 AM my truck was 1/4 empty and both lumper manager and Aldi manager told me tough love, I could have unloaded it myself if I wanted to. That's what $125 fee gets you. Horrible service and horrible attitude!

After reading previous reviews I feel I must have gotten lucky because everyone I had to deal with was awesome. Had a 5am appointment but showed up at the gate at 527 ( Bad wreck and construction ) Anyway the security kid at the gate was cool as hell told me to hurry up pull forward and just park in the way run inside and check in because they only receive from Midnight to 0530. I walked in at 0530 tmobile time and the security kid inside and lumper manager said close enough and let me sign in as the last truck. They were both really nice with good attitudes. I got my door assignment and was told to back in come back inside and stand by my door for a lumper. Lumper met me immediately told me 54 dollars and he would be done in no longer than 45 minutes. It's been about 30 minutes now and I can tell they are almost done. I guess it's all who's at work the day and time you show up at a place. They can make it the worst or the best experience for you.
