Not a good experience. Went inside to get two of the new Chicken Waldorf Salads to take home. Got a few tubs of ice-cream which was on sale. Got home to find no dressing for either salad. Called Manager and her only option was to drive the 20 minutes back and then home again. Did not express any apology except to say "it was an honest mistake." Finally after talking, she agreed to refund next day but my experience with this new salad was dull.

Delicious burgers at a great price. The shakes are tasty too. We also bought some ice cream to take home. It was very creamy.

Too many Spanish speaking employees. I ordered a single fudge brownie sundae with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. While eating it I realized there was no brownie. I took it back to counter and the girl that made it said I ordered a single dip hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream. The other Spanish speaking girl said I can put a brownie in it but I will have to charge you for it. I said I will not be back to this braums!

Awful experience and don't suggest this location. Poor sanitation, nobody had gloves on, the counters were 100% filthy with trash and food pieces everywhere. Argumentative associates, I asked for a ice cream malt and instead of adding more ice cream the lazy SHIFT MANAGER tried to short cut it and added more milk which made it very soupy and tried to tell me that was how it was suppose to be... so after he argued with me he made an associate go try to fix the soupy malt, which she did. Nobody apologized for messing up our orders and the manager who tried starting an argument when I only wanted my order corrected. The whole staff all looked very unhappy and miserable and made me and my family feel very unwelcome. It was a overall horrible experience and will never be back
