I have been an ALdi customer since they first opened a store in Round Lake. They have good products for reasonable prices. However, you have to be careful when buying fruits or vegetables.  They ate often not very fresh.

This store has made a major turn around since it's remodel and grand reopening. there is more space in the aisles and the organization lend to easy flow through the shop. there is more selection on various items like pasta sauce. It is a clean refreshing look and shopping experience.

The new renovations look great! It's more open and is modernized. The staff there is helpful and friendly. And as the Aldi promise goes you certainly save money on every trip.

Place. Is. Always. Packed. Newly renovated store looks nice and more organized (although surprised they didn't replace the gross looking floors). Prices are pretty good. Expect to wait in line for a while. The cashiers do their best and are friendly though.

Store is new and clean  and the salad is not over chilled. 5 stars. !! The traffic pattern  seems to confuse  the neighborhood people. Stay left for some , stay right for others,. Prices are higher now that Aldi  is going organic but that's okay.  Better food for the masses. Somehow the people here are just clueless to those around them. The store is doing its  best learning the  neighborhoods preferences.  Out of tortilla, plenty  of goat cheese. Miss the mints and gum at the Check out counter. Go there but stop blocking the isles.
