Prices are excellent. Limited selection, but they have all the basics, plus great store brands. Lots of organic selections too. Don't go too late in the day or the store gets picked over, they seem to restock overnight and early in AM, so that's when selection appears best. I'm a very regular shopper here.  Don't forget a quarter for a cart and bring your own bags!

Really love this store. Its house brand products measure up against anyone's, and the produce is often superior to what you find at more mainstream groceries. The sprouted grain breads are our favorite, with far less sugar and salt than most we've tried elsewhere.
