The employee's are fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. Prices especially the buy one get one are very important. I don't shop at any other grocery store. So happy they are in Pell City, Alabama.

Nothing like the other stores I won't name. Clean and well organized. Always greeted with a smile. And the cashiers are waiting for you instead of you standing in line waiting for a cashier.

Great store! The produce and fruit are so healthy looking! I love shopping there. All of the employees were so nice and helpful. Publix is by far my favorite grocery store.

We love Publix, the chain. This location; however, seems to have limited inventory compared to our local stores in Georgia. A Publix employee was stocking the shelves right next to me and his massive cart was in front of the items I was trying to browse through. It never occurred to him to move his cart -- I actually had to do it myself, and he said nothing. George W. Jenkins would have cringed.
