Better quality shoes and boots, some are a bit overpriced. Nice easy location to access, and the staff were pleasant.

WORST shopping experience and the RUDEST sales associates I have EVER seen!! I was rush to the theatre tour and the checkout line was super long so I asked if they could hold a hat and pair of shoes for me for half an hour and the girl said YES. When I returned 30 mins later that SA was not there so I asked another one and she said the hat was sold. I asked if she can check the stock for me again she just stared at me and rudely said there's none and stated they were not supposed to hold anything for customers...... I'm like excuse me so why you said yea at the first time then?? The girl then checked my shoes out with a really bad attitude as asking my ID suspiciously for the credit card after I expressed my dissatisfaction. The whole thing was awful and my understanding — The Dolby Theatre store is a tourism location so obviously the majority of the customers are tourists, which means they are one-time shoppers who have no time to argue and complain about terrible services. The Sales Associates in this Aldo store for sure know that so then they have no fear of it. So hopefully whoever has seen this comment — just DO NOT GO there since there are tons of other better places (even other Aldo stores) to shop at.... And if by any chance someone from the Aldo Management have seen this — PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEE MANNER AND HOW TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY !!!!

Terrible experience!! The registers at this store didn't work this evening ,so the line kept piling up at the rude sales associates register who was on the phone the whole time and didn't explain to the customers who were waiting in line what was going on ? I saw people getting frustrated , putting their items down and leaving!! "
