I had the pleasure of visiting Mr Ballard and his team I was searching on Google for a unique 

style of shoes because I have small feet and sometimes hard to fit l found the service to be very warm and friendly 
Mr Ballard and his team are very professional they were able to fit me with a unique style that was,different from other stores 
I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience  l felt like more than just a customer I felt like family  I would recommend Ballard Custom Footwear to anyone looking for a well fitted quality shoe

I caught several alligators and had Ballard Custom Footwear make a pair of shoes for me and a pair of shoes and a handbag for my wife.  We met Reggie at his office and he measured our feet.  I picked out a style in Reggies catalog and my wife had a custom design.  Reggie was very helpful with ideas.  We ordered the shoes and handbag and they were shipped to our home.  They arrived exactly as we expected.  The shoes fit perfectly and my wife loves the handbag.  The shoes make a statement and I get many compliments when I wear them.  

We had a bit of hide left over and we went back and had Reggie make a pair of shoes for our daughter and a matching belt for myself.  We were visiting Los Angeles and Reggie met us on a day his office was closed.  Again he was accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

I would recommend Ballard Custom Footwear for a great pair of shoes that will fit like a glove.  You will enjoy the experience.
