Courtney is amazing, so kind and helpful. She and the assistants were super friendly. But we had the worst experience with the manager Jassy. Managers usually solve problems But not creat them!

We were today at Aldo and the manager -Jassy- was so unrespectful with us. We were looking at earrings and I liked one of them so much, however, when I tried it she was talking with us in an aggressive way saying that I have to purchase the one I tried! I have never met anyone like her especially as " a manager". After that, we visited many other stores like: Francescas, altrd state and they were so friendly and professional with us when we were trying earrings. 
I suggest any manager to attend workshops before getting in touch with costumers.

Really bad customer service becos miss Jessica was very rude and unprofessional with me. I was confused with bag whether it was men or ladies bag. I asked her about it and her answer was, it's 2017 can one carry which was really rude. So Miss. Jessica start selling ladies shoes to men and tell them it's 2017. Not happy at all and I didn’t expect this customer service from such a big store.
