I went in to exchange a pair shoes. The very rude employee snatched the receipt from my hand without asking. Came back and took my bag again without asking. She wouldn't  give my store credit because I didn't have my credit card. A week late I took my card got my money back instead of another pair. Same employee same attitude. Never going back to that store. I will buy where I'm treated well.

They don't have a huge selection of shoes to choose from (-1 star), but it's probably one of the easiest shoe purchases I've ever made.  The place is close to my 'hood and the customer service (Michael helped me) was amazingly proficient and efficient.  The return policy is a little different, and who knows, I might smack myself in the forehead one day if I have buyer's remorse and a dusty store credit in my wallet, but for now, I'm 1 for 1 here.

They didnt have my size in store so the sales rep told me i can still purchase the shoes and it will be sent to my house in 2-5 buisness days. Its been over a week and still nothing. I called to ask when my shoes would be getting here and thy said to just wait lol if i knew it would be like this i would have never bought them. Never again will u buy from this store.
