after bringing the wrong shoes from the back multiple times, and the wrong sizes, we finally left with a pair of shoes little miss liked.  she went to a sleep over and when she came home I looked again at her new shoes... one was bigger than the other!!! they sold me a shoe in size 1 and a shoe in size 2.5. so frustrated. going back tomorrow to have them fix the problem.  pray for them that they do...

Vans is a great brand; laid back attitude, authentic culture, and stylish gear. At this store in particular I had a great experience. I got a new pair of LXVI (best shoe I've ever owned by the way) as a Christmas gift, but they were the wrong size. I had been trying to just wear them until I just got used to the size difference from what I usually wear, but truth be told it was really bothering me. I spoke with the store manager, Kailynne, who empathized about having shoes that aren't quite right. Normally shoe policy at Vans and elsewhere is that once the shoes are worn they cannot be returned, but she recognized that mine still looked new enough and switched them out for me anyway. Her and the rest of the staff were so helpful and understanding, I'd recommend both the brand in general and going to this location for any Vans gear in the future.
