At first I felt very alienated in the small store but Alanna (spelling) was helpful and very friendly. Made the experience much better.

Went in looking for someone to help me with shoes and finding a nice pair that can be casual or be dressed up. The woman working never asked me if I needed anything and didn't help me at all. She asked the women in the store if they needed anything but proceeded to not say anything to me. I even looked at her multiple times and she proceeded to look away. Management in this store should really train their staff much better.

horrible store, horrible service, i used to work there and i just walked in the store, i was not welcomed, so said hi to or anything, there was a new lady there not sure what her name was, but she was the new manager and she was the only one at the store, and she never said one word to me and i was in the store alone and it was only me and her, i didnt even feel like buying anything because it seemed like she did wanted me there, i never would imagine aldo turning out like this, it wasn't like that when i worked there, and i left 5 months ago.
