Very nice staff!!! Greeted with a smile by the few ladies working the evening of 1/12. Helped me quickly even though they were sold out of what i needed. Great staff!!!
I highly recommend having Angel help out! She has been wonderful to me, my older sister and my two nieces! Very kind as well and helped us save! she definitely deserves an raise with all the hard work she does!
Great selections great prices and friendly staff. Bought a burgandy pair of Vans and they went perfect with my wedding outfit.
Horrible customer service because there was a bare minimum. The lady at the counter told me that she probably had the shoe I needed in stock in her shipment, but she wasn’t willing go get it out of the box. And then when she brought out the other shoes that I requested she stood at the sales counter and said here you go instead of walking them over to the chair and giving them to my kids that were seated waiting to try them on. Meanwhile her coworker sat in a chair on the sales floor playing on her cell phone.
We did not get the name of the individual helping us but we purchased some Dr. Marten sandals and k. Swiss sneakers and could not be happier with the service and purchases! 10/10. Thank you!!
My daughter and I were there last week. Our salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable. A true professional. I feel terrible that I can't remember her name but it started with a K. We will definitely be back again because of her.
Appreciate Mrs Kanai and McKinsey who made our shoe shopping fun. Both ladies were professional polite and courteous smiling entire time ,they brighten our Saturday . Big thanks to Kanai and McKinsey, i recommend you visit for fun shoe shopping at great prices.
