I was never a Aldo customer, but after the experience here I'm an instant loyalist.  Great service, prices are amazing, and they accessories are everything!

I'm a concierge and was looking for some comfortable shoes , I enter the store and no one acknowledge me , 10minutes when by and still no staff member approached me, and didn't bother to ask if I need it help . Poor customer service

I visited Aldo on black Friday because it was not crowded at all. I was really excited because the store had a good sale and I'm in love with the shoes and purses. How it wasn't crowded it was my boyfriend and I and about 3-4 other people shopping. There were enough staff for all of us. We were greeted nicely by a guy drying the floor, since it had rained. Now I picked the shoes I wanted and ask an employee with joggers and a crop top for the size I needed. I tried on the boots but they did not fit to my liking. I commented about the thickness of my socks, which could be the problem. As the employee in the crop top is asking me if I would like thin socks, before I could even answer she walked away, okay rude. Now I'm waiting for because I thought maybe she wasn't trying to be rude but instead get the socks. No. She went to the cash register and gossiped with another employee. I make my way to the register to pay and ask for a bigger size because I guess at this Aldo you have to be a shoe expert and help yourself. Maybe instead of looking like the customers were bugging her, if she actually brought the shoes, she wouldn't look so stressed out and annoyed. There were about 3 of us shopping, an hour away from closing maybe she could have finished her job well instead of being rude. 2 stars for the location.
