Could not get past the 'receptionist' to book an appointment. Apparently my business is not worthy for their time. Not at all impressed!!! My rating is ZERO STARS however that is not an option.

Turn around time was fast from call to quote to installation. Very happy with the results. I would recommend McCoy Plumbing and Heating Ltd. to anyone. Friendly, professional service.

The level of service experienced with McCoy was horrible. I rent a new build and they put in the furnace and A/C. Since it was installed there has been little to no cold air to the bedroom. They have come in twice and tried to blame it on everything but a mistake they have clearly made. In the end they claimed that it's fine and that I just need to keep my door open. Hardly a solution but I got so desperate the day it hit 34 in my room I figured I would give it a shot. All that succeeded in doing was warming up the rest of the upstairs so I ended up having to sleep in my basement. All they do is pass the blame and claim their results show it's up to code. The sad reality is that I watched them perform the tests and they showed that airflow to the master bedroom is a third of that in either of the spare rooms. Never would I suggest anyone deal with them.

I would recommend McCoy Plumbing and Heating to anyone. They do fantastic work and are very courteous.
