I explained what our problem was by attaching photos in advance. I asked the repair of the leakage from a faucet and installation of the plug removed. I could make an appointment soon, but a young guy came for one and a half hours late. He said that full replacement of faucet was an only way. He could not set a plug either. Although he did not anything after all, he charged as much as 160 dollars and went back to office. I got parts at MOEN later. All were FREE. I could repaid all by myself, according to attached instructions. Complete technical shortage and outrageous claims !!!!  It is better not to ask them about your repair. I talked about today's story to my colleagues, students, ESL friends, they were so surprised and said “unbelievable !”.

Needed repair on a leaking shower, change of cartridge required. Very efficient and nice-and-clean job done within no time. Competitively priced. Will certainly recommend.

Had McKenna plumbing over to fix a leak we were having and the service was efficient and they got it fixed before any serious water damage occurred. The staff were intelligent and friendly. Would definitely recommend A.McKenna plumbing. Thanks guys!

Shower handle valve cartridge had broken preventing use of the shower and we had guests staying.  I was unable to determine the make as there were no visible markings.  Called A McKenna Plumbing Friday for Saturday service. Tech arrived looked at the cartridge that I had already removed and said that he had never seen a cartridge like this and nothing could be done aside from taking down the tiled shower wall and replacing the entire main valve assembly.  That took all of 10 minutes and I was charged $99.00.  Monday I decided to remove the shower tap wall plate which  revealed a Tempress 11 valve.  Did a web search and was able to locate the part on Amazon $23.00 (Rohl 2303-0347 International handle Assembly) Simple install that I can do myself.

They not only offered a fair price, they were extremely professional, the work was done quick and right, and they were friendly.  We would not hesitate to call them again.
