The food is usually good, but we got some off-tasting pizzas last time. We were offered store credit by a nice employee, but when we tried to use it he wasn't in, and the employees that were there that night didn't want to honor it and actually accused us of lying. We finally convinced them to honor the store credit, but they said they'd be taking the cost out of the nice employee's pay. Not only was it a horrible customer service experience, but now I feel awful that guy's pay is going to be docked when he was just trying to do the right thing.

Fish fry was very tastey but fries were cold and did not have any seasoning. It took a long time (almost walked out) after we sat down to be served/acknowledged...but will try again nice hometown atmosphere and has great potential.

Great chicken tenders and potatoes. The desserts are awesome. Owners are very nice

If I could give 0 I would. Rude staff, somehow they warn you on the menu that a lasagna takes 20 minutes but they didn't tell us we'd be waiting for rips for 40 minutes only to have them come out dried and burnt to hell. Father ordered fish and chips and it was 99% giant pieces of breading and tiny morsels of breading. Would never recommend .

I absolutely love Alex's! Their pizza is the best, the cheesecake is heavenly, the staff is very friendly, it's always a clean and cozy environment. It is very small, not a lot of seating, but we usually never have to wait for a table. I've never done carry out before, but it seems that they get a lot of carry out orders. They have a nice bar, good drinks. I can never pass it by!
