This place accepted an online order. Took our money and stated via e-mail the wait time was 35 minutes. An hour later we called and were told: "soon." Thirty minutes later we called again and were told they don't deliver to our apartment complex after dark, and when asked why the night manager rudely spoke over my girlfriend repeatedly. I asked for the phone and was told (cutting me off repeatedly) that they aren't messing with me, and that I shouldn't worry about it, and that they were not. I reiterated that I WAS worried about it because they wasted 1 1/2 hours without telling me the order was cancelled. The money is supposedly going to be refunded. The word "sorry" didn't come out once, but was offered to pickup the order if we wanted to wait 20-30 minutes. Wow.

Pizza is good, service not so much. I order frequently and pick up when convenient but with two small kids at home, not always convenient. Delivery can frequently take 60-90 minutes, even though web shows 45 or 60 minute delivery window. When calling, they just give me attitude. The delivery people are usually decently kind, but in store workers so far hasn't been a pleasant experience.

We are a small business that orders a few times during the month as well as tips the drivers well.  More than once our order was wrong, which we were one time given 5.00 off of our order. So we ordered again, without a problem.  On 12/19/17 we ordered was told it would be longer than expected delivery which we understood.  However the pizza was totally wrong, we ordered light sauce, extra cheese, green peppers, mushrooms and onion with butter garlic sauce on pizza and crust. They delivered a pizza with tomatoes ( ones staff member is allergic), and parmesan cheese sprinkled all over it.  It came without  butter garlic sauce on the pizza and crust.  Called was informed by female employee should relay to a manager and there would be a note in the computer for further order.  Today I called, and was pretty much told we lied that a female employee would not take care of this problem, she would give it to a manager, well evidently a manager was not around, because she said she would relay the message and notes would be put in the computer for  further order.  No discount for the wrong order was given, but at this time, will not order from them again, due to the fact I was told blatantly the female who answered the phone would not have said that.  It was a big order for a small party at our business today.  Buddy's got the business

Only Jets that charges for an individual sauce that I’ve been to out of dozens of Jets ... let alone charges more for sauce every time that I go there (25 cents to 1 dollar in 1.5 years). Mind you this is an individual watered down ranch cup I generally request with 15+ dollar orders for my work. Also service is extremely poor. Go to hungry Howie’s instead, this jets specifically has ruined my life and destroyed my faith in the food service industry.
