Alex Brown has provided excellent service to my family. We had a different insurance carrier for years and Alex periodically provided quotes to us to see if State Farm could provide us with a better product at a price that worked for us. He always did this with no pressure just providing us with the information we needed to make the best decision for our family. We were very pleased when the quality of the insurance and price of the policy worked for us. We are pleased to have our insurance with an agent that provides such good service and cares about the best interest of his customers.

Alex Brown and his team members are very professional and will cater to your needs to the best of their ability. They are the best at providing and suggesting options. Additionally, it helps that they have bilingual staff.

I couldn't help myself but engage in easy and friendly conversation with Alex Brown. Agency is very clean and well kept feels like home . Prices are phenomenal quick quotes and most important about my best interest. I've been with state Farm for over 10 years now and every time I make an office visit, I'm blown away the quality of service, followed by a prompt professional greeting. After jumping around from insurance agency to insurance agency, State Farm has been by far the most pleasant to work with. Five stars from me! I would give it 6 if I could.

Amazing agent and team working for him, when I moved here from West Virginia they were very helpful in getting my insurance situated in a new state and Alex himself took the time to review all of my policies to educate me on what I was getting with my Maryland policies. Of all the headaches associated with moving thankfully Alex and his team ensured that insuring myself and my new home was a streamlined and simple process not leaving me to second guess if I had adequate coverage or not. Thank you Alex & Team!

Alexander Brown and associates always make us feel very comfortable and make it their priority to be helpful and explain everything in an easy way. They were great at letting us know our options that best suited our family. They are always quick to answer random questions we may have. When my wife was in an accident and we contacted them their first question was asking if we were okay which just proves they care about their customers. Would definitely recommend.
