Would not recommend this man to ANYONE. Went to the office for my first time to learn how to assist and he was so rude to me in FRONT OF PATIENTS. If you need to say something, pull me into your office. He doesn’t fill teeth correctly, I work for the dental college, I know procedures pretty well, I’ve just never actually chair-side before. He had to re-cement a child’s front tooth and the color was COMPLETELY different than his other teeth and he was like “that looks great”. Uhm, no it didn’t, it looked like a child did it. He makes you sign a waiver stating that if something happened when you left that it wasn’t his fault it would be yours because he does such “great quality work” (which is a lie). His hygienists quit (and I see why) he never probed teeth when doing the cleaning, just looked at them when the patient opened their mouth and was like “looks good”. He never actually did the work the right way in general. Also, he would get mad at the dental assistants if they changed their gloves too much. He made me wear the same gloves from patient to patient. Or so he thought I did. (Yes I changed mine but the other girls didn’t because he would get so mad). That’s disgusting. He SUCKS as a dentist. DO NOT GO TO HIM! You’re wasting your money. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND! I could not be more pissed and upset with everything I experienced in his office! He doesn’t care for his patients or their care and treatment! FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL CARE!!!!!

Great location and close to home. The customer service is great and have down to earth staff. My only negative for giving 4 stars is the wait time on some of the appointments I had after being called to the back to be treated. The doctor knows what he's doing and has a great sense of humor and tells you what you need to do up front at your initial appointment for treatment by showing proof of your X-rays taken and photos of the problem area.

I visited this so called dentist. All he is, is an insurance gouger. As soon as he reached my insurance level he quit. he also claimed that he had found a tooth that he didn't see after taking x-rays. What kind of dentist doesn't know where a tooth is but to gouge insurance money. I am filing a grievance because he left a piece of tooth in the spot where he so called found a tooth, and now I have an abscess. I personally don,t believe he deserves to even practice dentistry.

I have been working at Alexander Dental Associates since January 2017. Dr. Alexander is very professional and treats his staff with respect and like family. I love working at Alexander Dental. The staff here works well together and we love being able to serve our patients and provide them the needed services. If you need a dentist, give us call and schedule an appointment, you will be glad you did. This staff loves their patients and works with them to get them in as quick as possible.

The office is outdated and so are the staffs customer service skills. My appointment was at 8:30 older woman with glasses and white hair asked me my info (very rude) and inpersonable they tried to call customer service to verify my insurance but because it was so early they could not get a hold to anyone and didn't verify Insurance until 9:20 once insurance was verified told me I had a copay and insisted that I pay right then and there before I had been seen this would not have been a problem if they would have just started the work and got started instead of waiting for the insurance to be verified after i told her how long i had been waiting (no one else was thier) and that I hadn't been seen yet she stared at me batted her eyes repeatedly until I said thank you but no thank you and walked out of the office not to mention the doctor came out ask me a question and was not the nicest.
