This post is for the supervisor, Linda (if that's really her name) who neglected to give me her last name. If you are a supervisor, and your negative attitude and lack of care for clients concerns don't matter, YOU need to be fired or find another profession!! Situation- I had appointments for both my son and daughter and I received a text message to confirm my daughter's appointment (not my son). I replied "no" via text only for my daughter. As for my son, my husband received a text message for him, which he didn't reply. In the past we've never received separate text messages on the kids, so I found this very strange however we're thinking my son is still good to go for his appointment. Now to fast forward ...today my son goes in for a cleaning but only to be told his appointment was canceled. So he called me. I told him no his sister's appt was canceled. I sent him the text message with only my daughters name on it that I replied and said "no" (in this since no means can't make it, cancel)... after speaking to the receptionist (and I want to apologize because I know it's not your fault) I asked to speak to her supervisor because she was getting answers from this supervisor Linda. I told Linda what the situation was and I cannot accept an appointment for a month out due to my son going off to college. She goes on to explain she didn't have hygienists available. So I told her it was their systems fault not mine. Whoever is in control of the text messaging is at fault for cancelling my son's appt. I need him to be seen today. She insists it wasn't their fault but mine... 😑 really? How am I in control of your text message account?? So she says you should've provided the correct phone numbers. I said what does that have to do with texts when I got the text for my daughter and you sent my son's text to my husband?? My phone numbers are correct and have been for the last 9years. I asked her since when has this been in place if you don't reply to a text message that your appt automatically gets cancelled? She says it's been that way. I told her no it has not because I've been there many times and upon receiving text messages I've never had it where they sent the texts out to both parents (they sent out two different text messages to my number)It's always been my number. And even if I canceled one of my kids, the other one still showed up and was seen that day. Linda searches and recalls previous messages sent out but had NO ANSWER when one of my kids couldn't make it but the other did and the appt WAS NOT cancelled. Again I asked could he be squeezed in today since it was not our fault. She says no! We can have him on standby if a cancellation comes in. So are you admitting this was your office fault? No it's not and if you want to take him somewhere else, by all means you can. Linda the point is not taking him elsewhere, the point is there was a screw up in the system and YOU FAILED to admit it was and didn't try or wasn't willing to fix the situation. Shame on you and who you are working for!! If you want to just send my kids somewhere else how about I get all the Armed Forces to stop taking their children there (which I'm positive you have a healthy amount of clients) I'm pretty sure the Boss wouldn't be happy with what you've done. I asked for her Boss name and email which she hesitated with the name, didn't give me the email, and said I can't give out his personal number (really) I didn't want his personal number. And what kind of supervisor would give out a personal number?? That's why business owners have a business phone and email but you should know that already -supervisor, smh...And for the record, don't try to convince my son or anybody else's child to side with you. You were wrong and my son told you, you were in the wrong because he showed the proof!! Again this is not to be derogatory on the other staff, only for that insensitive, unprofessional, rude, self-centered supervisor Linda! If they had 0 rating that's what I would give you!

I will say that they are very knowledgeable about dentistry. I feel like they were both in it for helping you out and not just after your money. I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. My filling was painful and fell out after a few days. Pray you get a technician that is in a good mood.

I went in for a consult and second opinion and Dr Key gave me a lecture about running around changing dentists. He was very unprofessional.
