They didn't fix everything on my husband's mower causing the belts to pop and charged us to replace the belts and a service fee for THEIR MISTAKE! Not to mention the horrible service. Toro is a great machine with a great warranty if you need service go to Covington or Abita. And i hate to say it but Ms. Cindy is running that place into the ground. She will make a mistake and blame her workers to make herself look good. SHMDH! I don't see this place lasting another year tops!
