Nice selection, terrible help.  Cashiers speaking among themselves, while I wait. Doesn't recognize that I needed help, didn't say hello or thanks for coming, continued to talk to coworkers, never acknowledges my concern.  Left and went elsewhere and spent $600

Close to my house and convenient.  The employees are courteous, friendly and helpful, except for the cashiers.  I have never seen one crack a smile or utter a friendly comment in almost three years.  They appear eternally unhappy.

Would not allow me to return items I purchased. When purchasing them I asked if they would be able to be returned and I was told yes they would be as Lin as I have a receipt and they are unopened. I come in a week later to return said items and they have a sheet of paper on the desk saying I can’t return any items purchased on that day. I feel swindled! Will not be going back
