Absolutely love Tone, she gives the best Brazillian waxes around. I've been going to her for over two years and I've had nothing but great experiences. A few things: 1. The salon decor isn't to die for but she's still in the process of fixing it up. She's a single mom and I think she's doing all the salon stuff herself so cut her some slack. 2. She will stay in the room while you're taking off your bottoms, eyes averted of course. I was a little taken aback the first time, but she's about to see all your bits and pieces anyway so who cares? It speeds the process up. 3. She's fast, efficient, and sanitary. 10 minutes of torture and you're done. Pop a Motrin beforehand if you're a first timer an d you're really scared. It's not that bad and I have zero pain tolerance.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a salon of any kind. Where do I start? I purchased a voucher to have my eyelashes done here. #1 The salon was FILTHY. I asked to go to the bathroom and I opted not to use it because of how dirty it was. The owner mentioned they were renovating so I decided to let it go as maybe a bad day. #2 If you've ever had individual lashes done you know that take about an hour to an hour and a half to actually place for a first full fill. My first appointment was over in about 30 minutes. Again I though maybe she was just really good at her job not knowing she had simply placed the eyelashes on my lid and not on individual lashes as you are supposed to. I found out over the next few days when my eyelids began throbbing and the eyelashes began falling out without my lashes on them. #3 As the eyelashes began falling out I discovered what bad quality they were. They felt like the eyelashes you purchased at the dollar store and not the mink nor softer thinner quality I was have had used on my eyelashes before #4 The lashes lasted barely 1 week before that all fell out. The only saving grace was since she didn't bother to place them my lashes to begin with, my own natural lashes stayed intact. #5 I bought a coupon for a 2 week fill when I initially bought the original coupon but when I was making the appointment at the end of the first appointment they said they only had 3 weeks from then available. The front desk person cleared it with the owner who said this would be fine. Only for me to return to my appointment and have her attempt to charge me $35 extra because she said 3 weeks was too long for a fill and since most of the initial eyelashes had fallen out she would have to do a full set. Now if she had done them properly the first time, the eyelashes would have stayed intact for 3 weeks. I have had these on for almost 5 weeks before with other professionals. There was also no way I was going to pay extra such horrible craftsmanship. #6 There was no ounce of professionalism form either the owner nor the front desk assistant. I don't know if it's because I look young or they are just used to treating people from this area with such disdain but I was amazed at how dismissive they all were when I called and even after I arrived. Both times I visited, the salon had no customers so you would think they would try harder to keep the customers they do have. If you are looking to get good clean service, I advise you GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. Anywhere else.
