the staff is really nice. I have been here a couple times halina has always done a great job. She listens to what I want rather than chopping off to much like other hairdressers at salons in the past. she is genuinely nice and I plan to continue to go there:)

Wow! Ive been to several Hair Salons in the Warren and Sterling Heights area, and the stylists here did the best job. Finally someone got it right. The people are very friendly and have a lot of years experience. Also, I recommended them to my family and friends and they are very satisfied too.

I went here twice since it was so close to my apartment. The first time I went in to get a color and just have the ends trimmed. The lady who did my hair literally had smeared hair dye about 2-3 inches onto my face. Needless to say I had a dyed forehead for a couple of days afterward. I went again just to give them another chance, thinking that it was a fluke. Nope. She did it again, I talked to her about it and she didn't even wipe it off! I went to the bathroom to remove the dye from my forehead, cheeks and neck. Later, I had asked for long layers and before I knew what was happening she was hacking at my hair with thinning shears. Therefore, I left that day with a dyed face, and my long hair was uneven and the ends were all over the place because of the thinning. Also, they boast about using all natural products - but whatever they used on me caused me extreme itching on my scalp.I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
