The food was outstanding, no complaints there. However, we were sitting in a booth and another worker spilled a pitcher of ice water on my table and and it got on my girlfriends phone and expensive purse as well as getting us wet. The worker that spilled the water definitely knew he did it, but made no apology and acted like it wasn't him. I brought it up to our waiter and he acted like it never happened and was confused why I was complaining, even though us, our stuff, the table, and the wall next to us were visably wet. Nobody apologized to us or acknowledged the incident. I left my name and email on the complaints section of the receipt as well as a description of what happened. I wouldn't come back here unless I receive at least an apology...

Went to have dinner almost half a year ago and food was delicious but me and my colleague were treated in a really rude way. Our waitress managed to make us feel as if we were not welcome there. If I knew that’s not gonna happen again maybe I would consider to visit the place again.

Oh my. Where to start? The salad dressing was slightly too acidic and would benefit from some fresh black pepper.  The garlic bread was soft, hot, and served with real butter. I ordered the pasta al pesto and it was everything I wanted in it. I got it with fresh tomatoes instead of sundried and it was perfect. The hostess was bubbly and very sweet to us. The waiter was attentive without being overly in our face. He was appreciative of our tip and actually thanked us. I can't tell you another waiter that has done so. I can't wait to go back!

The sandwich I ordered was completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. It was an open face chicken sandwich and I got it without mushrooms and green peppers. It was drenched in grease from the cooked onions and the bottom bun was mush. The french fries served with the sandwich had more flavor than the entire sandwich. For being a fancier looking restaurant I was expecting much better food than what I got. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to keeping the customers happy and welcome. I just love a restaurant - though large - that is still very family oriented. The food is top rated in my opinion. As a former restaurant reviewer, I definitely give , Alfoccino Restaurant a big A+. Melissa J. Ogden
