I placed an order for pick up. I had never been here before.  I walked in and nobody was at the counter. I waited a few long minutes before yelling out HELLO???  It didn't look like anyone was there.  It was lunchtime either Wednesday 3/7 or Thursday 3/8.  I believe it was Thursday.  After yelling out HELLO, this very large lady appeared from the back and was very rude.  I said OH, there is someone here.  She said WE ARE VERY BUSY so you need to wait AND I CHECKED A COUPLE MINUTES AGO AND YOU WEREN'T HERE!!! Then she goes, is that all you want??!  Because I had two Pepsi's on the counter.  I said no I'm picking up my order.  She was SO RUDE and some very skinny person was peeking at me from in their back room around the corner that I was so freaked out and upset.  Something gross I think was going on in the back of that store! I will never go back and I DID NOT TAKE THE FOOD. GROSS! I left and went to Papa Johns instead and they were right there, clean and professional and ready to take my order.  I will NEVER GO TO A PAPA RAMANOS AGAIN! My co-workers won't either! What's worse is I emailed corporate and NOBODY ever replied.  BAD BAD BAD! And what were the big lady and skinny thing doing in that back room?!

The drivers that were manning the counter were awesome. Friendly, polite, attentive. The manager however is rude. I placed my order with one driver, walked next door to pickup my Thai order, came back and the driver that's there is taking a phone order and dealing with other customers. The manager makes eye contact without saying a word, does an about face and goes and walks around back by the ovens for about three minutes while I'm standing there waiting to be so much as acknowledged.  Finally, I clear my throat and ask, "that wouldn't happen to be **my** cheese bread sitting there would it?" At this point the driver manning the register ends her call, runs back, grabs my order, apologizes for the manager and hands me my order. Seriously, when your staff have better customer soft skills than your managers, what does that say about your business???

First time ordering from Papa Romano's Pizza and we chose the subs. We ordered 2- 12inch subs, an Super Italian, Steak & Cheese and Bambino Bread for our dinner. I have to admit these are the best bread stix I've had in a long long time. Very light and airy! As for the subs, they were very meaty and good size in portion and worth every penny. I have just found my new pizza place. Thank you Pappa Romono's, your new customer.

I accidentally put in an order at the Bloomfield location and I walked to pick up my order from the Auburn Hills location. They didn’t have my pizza and asked if I put in the order at another location. I checked my email and I did. Doug from Papa Romanos Auburn Hills was kind enough to make my pizza free of charge. I am greatly appreciative of the service. There are other pizza places in the area that I would go to some times but now I will only come to this Papa Romanos. Thank you so much.

I really enjoy their thin crust pizza. Ordered one tonight however when I went to pick it up they had made a Detroit deep corner pizza. The manager was very accommodating and quick to rectify the mishap. I give them a 4 because customer service matters....giving +1% will always get an applaud in my book.
