First I’d to say the service myself and my wife that was provided by Kitty was always exceptional Dr Warfield was also extremely nice as well. My wife and myself have been long time patients of this office and always enjoyed coming here. BUT let it be known that when they say they’ll work with you it’s incorrect, they just would rather send you to collections than make a payment plan. We were always allowed to make payments. What they don’t tell you is that they don’t combine family invoices to a single statement so when you’ve been making payments this whole time you’ve only been making a payment on a single invoice. Youll receive a call saying that your being sent to collections. When you call in and speak to there book keeper your told that your not allowed to see the DR til your past due is paid in full. When you ask if you can make a payment your told yes. Great? No not so great because when you go to make said payment they tell you have to pay all the past due amount in full in order not to be able bet to collections. And when you ask well we’ve had a payment plan in place they said “well that doesn’t pertain to the situation anymore”. You tell them you can’t pay in full, and when call to speak to them about said arrangements they won’t even bother to get on the phone and talk to you bout the situation. They have the receptionist tell you you’ve been sent to collections and your no longer welcome as a patient. Now tell me? Does this sound like they care about their patients well being? Yea it doesn’t to me either. Place was much better when kitty was around, maybe this is why she left.

We hope our Doctors are intelligent , good listeners who help us make good decisions and make us feel better. That's a given. But what we also need is ACCESS. If we can find all this in a Doc who is actually available when we need them, it's a gift. Not always possible, but sweet nonetheless. Thanks for an email, thanks for a front desk who picks up the phone, thanks for allowing me to come in on a Mon am when I needed you Dr. G!

I've seen Dr. Grossman for five years. Unfortunately, I've dealt with several health issues during this period, some requiring frequent visits. I cannot emphasize how supportive Dr. Grossman was. She was supportive and listened, and didn't shy away from letting me know when I might be exasperating my health issues. She has helped me have a better quality of life. I'm very grateful.

Dr Grossman is thoughtful, timely and demonstrates sincere care for her patients. It is a busy office but all the clerks work to make the best of my time there.. thank you Dr Grossman only thing I would like to fix would be the ability to communicate on line and that's just not there yet.

Dr. Grossman is an amazing doc. The whole staff is always quick, kind and professional.
