I called to request a quote on some simple service. Left a voicemail, no response. Called about a week later, spoke to a woman who took my info and said the tech would be in touch with me. Never happened. If you can't help me, then just say you're not available or you can't service that type of motorcycle. Ignoring potential customers is not a great way to grow business.

Very helpful!  I called about a tire patch/plug and they invited me to the shop and plugged the tire while I waited.  This was my first time bringing my cycle to them, but based on my experience and the reviews I've seen about the shop, I will be back for service!  Thank you!!

Kept getting inconsistent info, and was pressured to buy tires I did not want. Refused to order tires I asked for with a flood of nonsensical excuses. Would definitely not recommend.

Would give it more than five star rating if I could. Everyone that works here was super helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable. I brought in my Kawasaki KFX 700 for a tune up. They did an amazing job, rides as if it brand new all over again.

Knowledgeable and friendly.  They are eager to help and proud of the work they do.  I would recommend them to anyone who has a motorcycle.
