Was taking my truck to this location for over 2years for oil change. Always called ahead to verify oil in Stock because it is an older diesel truck that takes 15 quarts. Called this am 3 times with no answer to set an appointment. Finally the 4th call someone answered and he said he had a customer in front of him and told me to make an appointment online. I said I won't unless I know the oil is in Stock and he said "well call back then". I made the appt online. I called after and he said the appointment went through. I asked if he had the oil in Stock, he said yes. I got to the store at my appointment time and he said oh let me check on that for you. I said check on what, you told me the oil was in stock. He then said he would have to check around for the oil and that he finally found it. But then he told me it was a lot higher price than my previous history that I paid for on the truck for service. He wanted to overcharge me for not having the oil in Stock at the store and for having to get it elsewhere. I told him no I am not paying that because you are the one who told me it was in stock if it wasn't in stock then I wouldn't have made the appointment and I wouldn't be here right now I'm trying to save money on the oil change and you're trying to overcharge me. He even said that he took off $35 already but the original price of what I normally paying was up by another $45, plus the additional $35, a total of $80 more!? I told him to give me my keys and that he lost my business. After I left I made a complaint to Sears Corporate Center and I went down the street to Tire Kingdom to not only get a lesser price, but to be taken care of right away as I'm writing this review I'm waiting on the truck to be finished. I will never go back to Sears Auto for any type of service.
