This company did the pest inspection on our house when we purchased it. they missed a 5 inch hole from termites in a door jamb and cleared the house as being pest free. We went to replace the door jamb about 10 months later and discovered termite damage. It took two weeks to finally get in touch with someone at All American. The owner came out and looked at it and said he'd give us an estimate to treat the termites  at a discount. His estimate was $1400 not including repairing the damage. We declined that ridiculous offer in an email to him.  It took 10 days to get a response and he refused to make this right. If you want an inspector that knows what he's doing,  go elsewhere or you could end up like us having to pay thousands because of this company's incompetence. Our realty company set up the inspection so make sure to ask who your company is using!
