I scheduled an appointment for initial consultation at the time they gave me. I took lunch at the same time so none of my co workers would hear my private conversation. I went inside my car and called at the time they scheduled. The lawyer was not ready for me. I called 5 minutes later and the answering machine responded. I called again 10 minutes later and he was still not ready and the assistant said that could call me back later, but I explained that I did not have privacy at work. She gave me no options. So I believe I will not be using their services. I have to chose from the list with hundred other lawyers.
