The customer service is terrible! I was going to be a new patient and had the audacity to need to reschedule my appointment and called more than 24 hours ahead of time to do so. She scolded me and told me she wouldn't make a new appointment unless I knew I could come in. I'm a hairstylist and make my appointments everyday and you have to understand people's schedule and lives are influx. She also made some comments about "medi-cal patients" which I also found offensive because it doesn't matter what insurance I have the dentist gets reimbursed for her services so she should treat all her patients the same. Rude! Unless you are willing to be berated by your dentist don't bother coming here.
