I love this place! The vets are so knowledgeable and caring, making sure I know exactly what is happening with my dog! Major plus that I was able to schedule my appt online. I work overnights, so calling isn't always an option for me. I was also able to set it up for 730am, which is perfect for when I get off work. Even though she had to get some shots, the entire team did a great job of caring for her and making her feel at ease. She left with a wagging tail and giant smile. The vet also gave me some tips to help care for my dog's sensitive skin during these cold winter months. Super happy and appreciative of the team at All City!

Very kind, caring staff. It was too late for per, but through the tears very professional but with emotion told my daughter about options. Provided a paw print mold. She picked up our bunnies"s ashes that we're in a beautiful tin and velvet bag. Comforted my daughter and we brought Mars home.

The staff were all very friendly and understanding. They explained our options, were able to discuss procedure costs, etc with us. Obviously having a sick or injured animal is an unpleasant experience overall, but the staff were efficient and friendly and it went much more smoothly than it could have.

My puppies like everyone there. Plus the groomers. The employees are the friendliest there. thank you.

Had an emergency with my guinea pig at 11:30pm on Christmas Eve, took our little Butterscotch in for what turned out to be an eye ulcer. The staff were wonderful! Very kind, patient and willing to answer our questions even though they were a bit busy. We got Butterscotch's eye taken care of and everyone was delightful.
