We have dealt with many different property managers.  Our properties are very diverse in population, business vs. residential, value, etc.  We are three partners in the businesses and each of us has a different personality.  All County Chesapeake Property Management does an excellent job with all of our properties, all of us, and all of our partners.  I highly recommend them.

I just recently moved out of my apartment from this company and they are by far the best rental company I have ever had. I have recommended them already and I plan on renting with them again I love them. They work with you and they are very personable they care about their renter's they run an business but they care as well. If you are thinking about renting with them look no further. They are the best!! Only had to reach out to the matniance once and they sent someone the very next day. Their properties are clean and well kept which is hard to find I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

All County Chesapeake has done a great job managing my condo for the past year and a half.  They do a variety of things well, from collecting rent/late fees, sending monthly statements/ tax documents, scheduling prompt repairs, putting together lease documents/notices, communicating with tenants, and addressing issues/concerns from myself and the tenants. They are very professional, prompt, reliable, organized, reasonably priced, and they keep an open line of communication. I'm very glad I chose them as my property manager instead of managing the condo on my own. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a property management company.

We enjoyed our rental through All County Chesapeake. They were easy to work with and always prompt at responding to emails. Would recommend to prospective renters.
