Long and Foster Warrany is a scam.  Agents highly recommended it because it is the best in class and Long and Foster would back the buyer.  100% False, waste of time and money.  Don't buy from Long and Foster nor their home warranty.  SCAM

5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH to tell you what a Godsend Bill Schilling and Jayme Webster were to us beginning with the home's purging and cleaning process and continuing through the management, promotion, and closure of the sale of my parent's house of 48 years. From date of listing to closing, the sale took almost a year, and would have taken longer if not for the consistent and focused efforts of Bill and Jayme. Their dedication, combined real estate experience, and "genuine care and concern" for my elderly parents through the sales process were above and beyond all expectations. 

While there are countless examples of their customer commitment and work ethic, several events stand out.  One when Bill climbed a snow-bound hill on my parent's premises and searched through 31 inches of freshly fallen, "heavy" snow to locate the septic tank outlet for a time-sensitive inspection. A second example shows Bill and Jayme spending hours over many months assisting with the well's inspection and certification. It's also important to note that Bill was making nearly daily visits to check on the home since my parents had moved to independent living.

In addition to their commitment to the sale of my parents' home, the one thing that brought a tear to my eye was their tender support of my Father after my Mom's passing and having a local artist paint a watercolor of my parent's home, then presenting it to my Father on Father's Day. 

Bill and Jayme are genuinely good, caring people, and I was honored to work with both of them. I honestly believe they have set a benchmark few others will attain.
